Throw in all the other expectations of the employer, the cost of insurance, the hours, the driving, no reimbursement for travel, no offset pay when "required" to be a housecleaner and this job is not as portrayed. In addition, the communication after I left from the corporate office was like communicating with a circus.

Boss was flexible when I needed off early or needed to be off on a certain day. They just asked for as much notice as possible

EVERYTHING ELSE!! You are commissioned pay. The most you can earn cleaning any given house is 20%. Sometimes you only have 2 small houses and other days you could have very large homes and 4-5 houses to clean. Management is a joke, told one thing and something else by another. They have a stupid formula to calculate your mileage and claim to give bonuses. The more you drive, the higher you chance of winning the weekly bonus. Its 1% of the previous weeks sales. So unless you drive your car into the ground, you have no chance of winning.
