Pros
Their are multiple pros about being a employee of Two Maids. Starting with the pay, which is commission so determining on how well you clean and how fast you can go without getting a complaint determines your money, so pretty much if you take pride in your job you will do great. Also Two Maids gives us a Lottery every Monday, which is a chance to win 1% of our sales that week, which helps us out with new tires, oil changes and ect. How many companies do that? Another thing great about being a employee of this company, let me say there is not many companies that show and let you no how much they appreciate you, we get told this daily but not only that they give us a company retreat every 4 months. Also more pros about this job its Monday through Friday 7:45am til 5pm but guess what..more then likely you will be off before 5pm. Also we get off for Holidays so we can spend with friends and family. Another pro about Two Maids, our Uniforms they are cute as ever. (: Id recommend this job to any girl, women, single mother or married. There are so many opportunities to move up in this company in a short period of time unlike alot of businesses. I have worked for Two Maids for almost a year now and I will say that this company isn't just a job to me, it has became something I love to do and it shows you what a job/career should be. All the employees we have our not just employees or friends, we have became a family. This company doesn't judge you they accept you and welcome you to the company with open arms. One last thing not only does the company and manager make you feel great to be apart of the family, the clients do as well. To work your tail off and be tired but go back to the office at the end of the day to hear your manager tell you how your client called and bragged about your work makes everything 10x better. Being tired goes away and a smile and motivation appears. (:
Cons
Cons about Two Maids & a mop, i couldn't name a handful if i tried, but one thing would be it making you feel wore out but what job dont, but it is all worth it at the end of the day when you here our clients tell you how awesome you were and how you did a fantastic job and they want you back.
