      Best place I've ever worked

      Pros

      People are amazing, leadership does what it’s supposed to and treats their employees very well, work is some of the most challenging and impactful out there. Benefits are insane. Other Compensation is appropriate to your situation. Company does “bonding events” very well- don’t need to go to advance your career like other places, but they are fun (and bougie) and you will meet some great people.

      Cons

      Clients are very demanding (rightfully so). Honestly not really a con since work life balance is heavily emphasized (and we’re well taken care of), but glassdoor made me input something.
