I agree with you 100% - we have a collaborative environment and some very talent employees. Additionally, I would agree we are not nearly as structured as the 'bigs'. Some of this is by design, as we want to ensure we remain agile and keep the 'small company' feel. Thank you for your review and more so thank you for being a valued TST employee. I loved seeing your callout about 'valuing internal communications'. I'd welcome hearing a bit more about your observation that there we lack investment in personal growth. Outside of several areas where we are focused on professional development (i.e. developed custom in-person classes), we recently launched the company's first learning mgmt. system and concluded a very successful mentorship program pilot, that will expand in 2025.
