1yDear Former Employer - Thank you for taking the time to provide a few comments. Creating a culture where everyone can bring their true self to work is critically important to us. We are working hard to ensure we don't lose the 'small company feel' as we continue to grow.
A quick callout on working remotely. We value flexibility and have no company requirements as it relates to days in the office. Our main focus is serving our clients, which most certainly can require time in the office, on client-site, etc.
