      Thank you Georgia based employee. I love reading reviews where 'people' are called out as the best part. Agree 100%. The growth has been off the charts in the past 3 years - we are still figure some things out and appreciate employees like you who are working side by side with us to do so.

      Dear Current Employee. Thank you for taking time to provide a review and thank you for being a valued member of our team. I agree with you 100% - we have a collaborative environment and some very talent employees. Additionally, I would agree we are not nearly as structured as the 'bigs'. Some of this is by design, as we want to ensure we remain agile and keep the 'small company' feel.
