Thank you for your review and more so thank you for being a valued TST employee. I loved seeing your callout about 'valuing internal communications'. I'd welcome hearing a bit more about your observation that there we lack investment in personal growth. Outside of several areas where we are focused on professional development (i.e. developed custom in-person classes), we recently launched the company's first learning mgmt. system and concluded a very successful mentorship program pilot, that will expand in 2025. Additionally, we have competitor programs to support education and conference attendance. I'd be happy to share more details - tonia.patt@twosixtech.com
