Pros

The people and environment are great. On site catering and a very nice gym. Benefits are mostly just what you'd expect although the stock performs extremely well. Business is really stable and growing quickly. Work life balance is good. They do seem aware of their weaknesses and actively seek to improve them.

Cons

Technology stack is ancient. You spend most of your time creating quirks mode html and vbscr1pt Backend is in .NET and MS-SQL server, but there is a decent amount of legacy asp and VB6. They also tend to favor their own poor proprietary libraries and that doesn't seem like thats ever going to change. There are a few instances of newer tech like elasticsearch, angular and MVC, but if you touch it its usually very minimal. Pay is also well under market standard. They tend to just hire young and then give mediocre raises year after year. Great starter job, but you'll spend years underpaid until you reach a decent position in the company. Lack of industry libraries makes your resume poor if you ever want to leave.
