Employees are overworked - many have more on their plate than is manageable, pay isn't great - tenured employees tend to not be as well compensated for their performance while new employees with the same experience are brought in at a higher pay, no formal training program or career structure, moral tends to be low

Very few managers are trained in management, so some are naturally great, but a lot are terrible. Support teams and QA teams are paid very little. HR is not helpful at all, and often times hypocritical. Raises almost never exceed 2% per year. Executives are literally closed off in a separate part of the building, away from employees and are unapproachable. Tyler also sometimes fires long-standing employees with no explanation, causing a lot of fear. Very few promotion opportunities.
