Pros
Competitive salary, free sodas, some very nice colleagues, leading software for courts & justice. For a technology company, they have a high number of women working there.
Cons
Leaders in Plano are very conservative, humorless bunch. Watch what you say. However, my VP often complained to me about a member of our team and ridiculed her privately -- very inappropriate. Good luck if you've been told to get help/input from a leader who isn't your direct boss -- he or she won't make time for you at all. Leaders have a long memory for staff mistakes, short memory for achievements.
