Pros

Extremely stable company with a healthy backlog of new sales and work. I have been able to change positions and grow through a variety of roles. My work schedule is fairly flexible after putting in several years.

Cons

Upper management does not empower middle management to make decisions. The company is growing so quickly with new commitments it is tough to maintain work-life balance and complete tasks efficiently.

Pros

There's plenty to learn and do. Decent benefits and good workspace. Good office location to avoid some of the worst traffic in the Dallas area. Good springboard for being a superstar at your next job.

Cons

There's plenty of opportunity for travel and overtime hours. However, rewards come from who likes you not necessarily from good performance. Which can also be good if you don't like changing jobs and just want to hang on to something until you retire. The worst thing is, if you have any issues involving discrimination or harassment, there is no one to go to. The compliance training says to go to the level of management you feel comfortable with, but if you do HR cautions you that upper management is far too busy to be bothered with personnel issues and you should discuss with your manager (who, by the way, is the PROBLEM). And HR (the management puppets) will tell you right out they don't believe that what you're saying could really be happening. They won't even check it out.
