      Pros

      Treat employees really well. Pretty stress free environment and great people.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for professional growth. Lacks communication between departments who could benefit from cross pollination. Not really groundbreaking work, behind the curve of technology. Maybe more bottom up development- improve the working environment layout to encourage sharing and communication.

      Pros

      Good technology. They have a heart for their employees. Very family oriented.

      Cons

      Does not keep up with industry salaries. That's really the only reason to leave or work elsewhere.

      Enjoyable people, stable industry, great benefits, growing quickly, execs share their vision and where the company is going in quarterly meetings

      Cons

      Employees are overworked - many have more on their plate than is manageable, pay isn't great - tenured employees tend to not be as well compensated for their performance while new employees with the same experience are brought in at a higher pay, no formal training program or career structure, moral tends to be low
