Pros
Good benefits, health insurance, 401k, and employee stock purchase plan. Management is poor, but many of your coworkers will be friendly.
Cons
This is a disorganized company. Tyler is a conglomerate of many small companies that have been acquired and made into one company. The organization is full of political challenges due to the fact that this is several companies that have been merged into one. Some managers are very overbearing and belittle employees. Some managers belittle employees when they were not around.
