      Pros

      Tyler Technologies as a whole, is ok. They have alot of turnover.

      Cons

      Stay away from the Appraisal & Tax Division in Plano Texas. The first line manager has no management skills and has a very Cold-Bladed personality.. which filters to a couple of his staff as well. If you have no personality and are mindless in your attitude and work ethic, by all means - go for it.

      Will hire nearly anyone with higher education

      Cons

      Hire anyone with no tech knowledge Management doesn;t listen. In one ear out another High Support Staff turnover promote wrong people don;t take care of valuable staff
