      Benefits are great. Accelerated PTO plus Medical, Dental and Vision choices are all good. Location choices are good plus remote options.

      Have good benefits. Good place for college graduates and application support developers.

      Cons

      High nepotism. Horrible development environment. Complicated and Buggy software. If you love coding and object-oriented development this is NOT the place. No value for your experience or skills.

      You don't need any qualifications to be a software dev Most managers are pretty laid back and relaxed

      Cons

      The compensation is mediocre at best Healthcare and 401k could be better They say you can move up the ladder and even have pretty diagrams for it, but as much as they say "there doesn't have to be a spot available in order for you to move up" most of the time that's what happens and you get pigeon-holed
