      Good company, but slim benefits package

      Pros

      They allow previously small companies to really expand and there isn't a ton of forced changes on these newly acquired companies.

      Cons

      The benefits package is a bit slim. You cap out at 5 weeks vacation no matter how long you've been there and your time off doesn't roll over at all. Additionally, they only provide 7 holidays a year versus the 10 that most other companies provide. The teams are great and work together very well, but it is disheartening to see how much lower Tyler pays than others in the industry.
