Extremely friendly environment. Challenging opportunities to increase technical and soft skills. Delegation of responsibility with support from the team. Opportunity to work in interdisciplinary areas. Multicultural environment allows great personality development.

Cons

Requires a self-motivated stance to deal with the challenging tasks. Sometimes require extra hours of work.

Pros

+ laid back atmosphere in a challenging work environment + possibility to wear multiple hats at the same time and take ownership + opportunities to learn and grow - every day + great people in an internationally distributed team + learning huge amounts in very short time - if you work at Typhoon for 6 months you will feel like you worked there 5 years already + positive and personable management + cool and stylish work place + no dress code or appearance judgement + flexibility in hours, work, and time management + greatest workplace for smart people with technical/engineering background

Cons

- little training/ instruction (you need to be a self-starter) - slight lack of structure - sometimes unclear expectations - feedback appoach (sometimes unconstructive)
