+Products are unrivaled in the industry and the engineering team consists of some of the smartest engineers I've worked with to date. +Flexible work hours +Management and entire team has an huge passion to succeed, it's incredibly motivational. +Plenty of room for career growth if you are willing to take initiative. However if you are not a team player or cannot take initiative you will not last here long. +Challenging work with a great team to support each other. You will learn a ton. +Management is very supportive and it is easy to see your contributions help shape the company.
Cons
-Benefits could be a little better, but this has already improved significantly since I have been here. -Staffing can become short when project deadlines loom.
