Great atmosphere! So much mentoring and opportunities for growth. It truly feels like a family environment where you can learn from others and win together!

Cons

There are some space issues but my view is beautiful, so I CANNOT complain!

Great management, reasonable billable requirements, collegial atmosphere, great people. Good salaries, great benefits and bonus structure. Firm is growing exponentially, looking for 50 (yes 50) new attorneys before July of this year.

Cons

There is a lack of space due to the massive expansion that is in the process of being addressed.

Overall wonderful place to be, everyone is very nice, helpful and wants you to succeed. Open door policy all around. One of a kind large firm with small firm feel. If you want to do insurance defense, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE

a lack of space situation in the headquarters currently (being worked on), remote working ability determined by who each employee works under, causing unfair results
