Pros

-Work with trucks -Learn some basic repairs

Cons

-Cheap tools that break -Not allowed to supply own tools/equipment to better the quality/time of install -Management/Regulations varies HEAVILY between each MCO (regional office) -Secondary location is falling apart -Cost is prioritized instead of overall fleet condition -Limited by management on what repairs can be completed. -Trucks that are dropped off from the shop are in rough shape and only becoming worse as time progresses -Provided hitch bay ramps barely get the vehicle off the ground enough to run wire to engine bay as vehicles become tighter to work on
