A solid company with mostly effective leadership

Pros

With 70,000+ employees, it's a big shop with room to grow. In the 10 years I worked there, I held multiple positions of increasing responsibility. I delivered results and for the most part, my managers let me do my thing.

Cons

A lot of change. Lots of layoffs.

Good pay and benefits, volunteering is encouraged with time off is provided to participate.

Cons

Decentralized and lacking processes that you would expect at a large bank. This leads to some disorganization, which can be frustrating if you expect solid business practices and accountability.
