Great CEO with a great vision. Management team is understanding and empowering. Coworkers are great to work with and willing to help you grow and teach you the applicable skills you need to succeed. Everyone works hard and tries to achieve their best.

Cons

It might depend on your department but rewards and/or even appreciation is few. You have to be a very optimistic person who can self motivate. Might be due to how much the management team is over worked.
