      Decent colleagues and work-life balance, but poor management

      Pros

      Fellow employees have all been decent people. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      The return to office policy is militant. They continue to remove benefits as a form of soft lay-offs. Executive team are out of touch. They are starting to micro-manage time more and more. Merit increases are a joke (1.8% for an exceptional rating)
