Pros

-not a lot of meetings -some managers are good -pension and 401k -office location

Cons

-workload. 60+ hour weeks will catch up to you and you are not paid enough for it. -insurance should be better for a large bank, high deductibles. -office quality, space is dirty and desk spaces arent cleaned. desk booking system so you cant really leave anything at the office. have seen cockroaches. -moving goalposts

Pros

- Good bonus; better than industry standard - Work with really amazing people

Cons

- Tone deaf CEO and MC - Forced office presence (job description stated 3+ a week, it's actually 4 a week if you want to be compliant) - Outdated office and technology (no standing desk, low-resolution monitors, no personal locker/storage onsite so you have to lug everything back and forth) - No work/life balance (constantly pushed to do better and more, even though your raises don't reflect your performace) - Forced to compete with your team members for the crumbs of raise/bonuse pool
