Pros

A strong commitment to customer service - working with the customer is the company's top priority so you don't have to feel completely rude and heartless when speaking with others.

Cons

The emphasis on Customer service extends to sales as well, therefore it is completely plausible that one would exceed all sales goals and yet not receive incentive pay. Not only that but your incentive payout is not based on your individual loyalty score, but that of your entire branch. One bad egg can mean that no one in the branch receives a bonus.

Pros

Opportunities for growth are there. Sometimes too much favoritism going on at the bank and you just have to force your way into that opportunity.

Cons

Too much favoritism and there is no sense of direction for instore branches. Some districts are ran like KIOSKS it is ridiculous. Management gets blamed for district level failures.
