      Pros

      Over all, I believe this is a good company to work for. My immediate supervisors, branch manager, and district managers are highly capable. Everyday I'm learning the importance of leadership, prioritization, and time management. Most of branch employees I encountered are professional, and customer service oriented.

      Cons

      I have been working for this company over 1 1/2 years, and picked up more responsibilities, but my base pay have not increased at all. I am dissatisfied to see that I'm paid the same wage that brand new employees are getting paid for. I don't believe that being a vault teller necessarily promise any fast career advancement. The only way to be recognized and be promoted is that you have to be very good at selling products.

      Pros

      This company is very stable and seems to have the longevity to stay in business as a leader in the industry for many years to come.

      Cons

      The pay is not as competitive as other companies in the same field, which is due to the fact that they are very tight with their cash flow. This is probably one of the reasons they are stable though as a company, and seen to be growing in this economic time of uncertainty.
