Pros

Absolutely none! I guess the only benefits were that I got a paycheck every two weeks. Other than that it sucked

Cons

Let's see...crappy pay, crappy hours, forced to sell to customers at all times, no holidays off, benefits were insanely expensive and not worth it

Pros

They give alot of verbal kudos but do not give the raises to go along with the performance.

Cons

Raises are under 3% and are not to be expected. A new hire would be hired making more money then a person who had been there longer with experience. The people training the new hires make less then the new hires, goes to show that they are good enough employees to train the new hires but not to pay them as so.

Pros

Bankers hours, private desk and office, friendly staff and customers, benefits are pretty good, time off is generous, ample training is provided

Cons

inflated management expectations - management expects you to make sales calls to customers and convince people to apply for loans. Banker is not a salesman.
