      Decent benefits. Among the better large banks. Employees and managers are generally friendly. Management politics are minimal. Strong product lineup.

      Extremely disorganized. Sub-par technology. SERIOUS disconnect between senior and middle management. Intense sales pressure from middle management results in salesy culture. Transactional. No relationship model. Lots of in-fighting over customers.
