Pros

As a teller, you get to leave your work at the office so work/life balance is great. They do offer some tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Boring work, no chance for advancement. It's a thankless job. Customers yell at you because they're overdrawn. Management doesn't back you up. The expect you to make credit card sales to the customers...(the overdrawn ones...uh I had ethical issues with this) No professional development given.

Pros

Great salaries, and it's a recognizable company.

Cons

No diversity. Small town mentality - not open to doing new things. Middle and senior management has a definite Inferiority complex.

Pros

easy job to get hired in. just have to do 1 interview with the manager and make sure you tell them about your sales history.

Cons

they don't pay you nearly as much as the other positions at other banks. and their comp structure sucks. most people only get 100 dollars comp for the quarter.
