Pros

Ok benefits better pay than what they used to pay employees

Cons

Some management can be overdramatic and will have their favorite employees especially if they are producing sales… the bank environment has changed which now it feels like old Wells Fargo bank.. sales sales sales… if you have a good manager it would probably be better… definitely doesn’t feel like work life balance.. constant meetings and everyday huddles on sales is exhausting … can get burnout quickly due to the many calls you have to make per week.. it has changed and not for the better

Toxic culture with a facade of caring for diversity

Pros

They keep on people who have no idea what actually happens in the company.

Cons

They are very adamant about pretending to care about diversity, but if you are non-white you have to stay inline or get kicked out. They sent multiple emails to employees to give to a GoFundMe for a mid level executive's family even though the person was making mid 6 figures. On the flip side I watched 10-20 year hourly employees not even get a signed card for the family.
