Pros

Pay can be competitive with other companies

Cons

- CEO has made a once pleasurably company to work for, now unbearable and most employees are looking for other job ideas. - Horrible upper management. Never listen to any ideas middle & lower level employees have to say. - Upper management never covers the biggest concerns employees have and only care about how much they made this year. - Horrible employee benefits. They also force you into an office when your team doesn't even work in the same state. So many lost hours commuting which I could be working. - Leaving there along with the rest of my team was the best thing I could have ever done. - As long as upper management/CEO stay there, this place will continue to decline. It is so much different than years ago when colleagues enjoyed working for US Bank now they just want out.

Pros

work life balance, large company but feels like a community bank - personable coworkers, diversity is celebrated, staff encouraged to volunteer and give back to community

Cons

Salary not competitive. Tries to stay ahead of regulators therefore puts pressure on staff to be overly compliant. too many layers of middle management
