Work life balance is pretty good on my team, but I have heard it can vary depending on manager, particularly for engineers who are part of an on call rotation

Cons

Poor senior leadership. Very focused on micromanaging workers (e.g. you must be in the office three days a week even if your team is in other cities, and there's a performance review goal that 20% of our code should be AI generated). Senior leadership has made it very clear they don't care about employee feedback on these issues.
