Pros

Was good while still employed, lots of room for improvement. There are Good leaders, the bank hires offshore developers, which is just awful quality. I was laid off due to budget while the offshore team keeps their job. They kept low quality cheap employees over quality and experience developers. It's just backwards thinking.

Cons

Wasteful structure, I was placed on a different team, spent 1 week of training and they laid me off. Seems wasteful.
