Good salary and benefits. Work location variety, opportunities to travel. Work independently and enforce regulations.

Cons

Morale has been a problem for some years. Constant problems with Congress and budget. Supervisors change every two to three years.

None. They treat people like dirt. If you are nice to people you will not fit in.

Cons

Abusive environment. You get to be an a hole to everyone who isn't an American citizen. And sometimes you get to be an a hole to Americans as well.
