Pros

Telework some days and that's it.

Cons

Terrible management. Arrogant, lack of any training for the position, and managers sleep with their direct subordinates with no repercussions. Consequently favoritism is rank through the office.

CBP is like working for Walmart

Business Outlook

Pros

The money, the pension, can move to multiple locations

Cons

You get treated like dirt. Just think how Walmart employees get treated and it’s the same. You’re also a political pawn for every politician. No consistency in how job tasks need to be performed. The people who are happiest in the job stop caring and just let be what is, be. Clock in clock out go home.
