Pros

Plenty of overtime depending on port of entry. Overtime is double rate as opposed to time and a half. Non-competitive elevation from GS 05 through GS 12. Great Union (NTEU).

Cons

Many EEO complaints related to promotional and training opportunities for people from all diverse backgrounds.
