Pros

The Energy Foundation offers excellent benefits, which are a significant advantage for employees.

Cons

However, opportunities for growth within the company are limited and often discouraged. Leadership and people managers are not experienced or well-equipped to support staff meaningfully. While Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are deeply embedded in the company's values and mission, there is still considerable progress needed to achieve true equity-based treatment of employees and practices within their strategies.

Pros

Energy Foundation is a great place to learn about climate advocacy, philanthropy, and government affairs. Everyone is kind and super smart!

Cons

Entry-level associate jobs are pretty heavy on the administrative work, but there are opportunities to join internal working groups and other projects that let you be more creative and take on some leadership roles.
