Pros

Pre-2025 GSA set the standard for federal employment, it was an outstanding experience.

Cons

Agency leadership in 2025 has let this agency down. It is not the same agency it was prior to 2025.

Pros

Previously great advancement opportunities, remote work, clear expectations, and government stability.

Cons

Since the new administration came it the entire agency has been gutted and is struggling. Most perks have been removed. If you start there now be prepared to be doing multiple jobs for low pay.
