      Work-Life Balance; Very pro-teleworking; Great ability to move throughout the agency--regions and service. Consistently rated as one of the best Government agencies to work for

      The scandal 2 yrs ago has led to a loss of key executives, and a stagnancy in middle management. The new Administrator has been a great change, but the middle managers are scared to make an decisions.

      Flexible work schedule Early promotions if you come in through the intern program Tuition reimbursement Family Friendly Good Vacation package ( 4 weeks off a year after three years of being with the federal government)

      There are fewer opportunities to move up to management at the regional offices. if you live in D.C, you will have more opportunities; the problem is not everyone lives or is from D.C
