Pros

1. The majority of the managers that I had were exceptional - very knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. 2. I worked with some phenomenal teams; I thought of many of my co-workers like family and remain in touch with many of them. 3. The work was challenge and never monotonous.

Cons

1. Workload was often very heavy, especially for those who did their job well. 2. The red tape was intense, very political and often very slow in getting things accomplished because of that.
