Pros

Used to have: very flexible telework, great team spirit, access to high level management and leadership, opportunities to influence policy.

Cons

Destroyed by Trump and Musk, now a rotting shell of itself that everyone is trying to flee because the only message they have for employees is to go away.

Sometimes opportunities available for Telework

Cons

Lazy administrator (Robin Carnahan) and her personal Dupty's staff do very little to further agency outreach to employees. Very politically motivated messaging stressing diversity and LGBTQ+ initiatives for select demographic for minorities. Racial discrimination and Neopotism is rampant in Management against employees. The lowest EEOC complaint success rate in Federal Government. Corrupt Management who hold personal vendettas against employees and only for self-interest personal gains. Age discrimination is rampt as the agency is exclusively looking hiring recent grads and interns to save government money for salaries Hiring mechanism at USAJOBS, OPM, and GSA is broken and highly corrupt. Most public job listings for promotions are written as phantom promotions for current employees. This IS required to compete the job with the general public before making hiring selection. Unfair discrimination against prospective applicants.

Pay is good. Telework is an incentive.

Cons

Lack of leadership and management skills set. People working here would not last a day in the private industry. The contractors perform way better than employees.
