Pros

Good salary and benefits. Flexibility in hours/teleworking.

Cons

Management is disengaged from the rank and file employee with little purpose. Most people just punch the clock with no buy in to a mission.

Pros

Overall, GSA is a good place to work. A few tweaks would make it great. Telework is highly encouraged which helps with the work/life balance.

Cons

After the scandal a few years back, travel and training is not encouraged for fear of abuse.
