Pros

Government job, stable income, flexible schedule, good work/life balance

Cons

So much red tape when it comes to hiring employees. Our office is so short staffed that it took over a year to get position approved. Get paid too little four the amount of work and time we put in. Unrealistic measures making work life even more difficult.
