Pros

Great Management of people, thoughtful events, overall good environment to work

Cons

Building condition is poor. Even though it is under reconstruction, the project will only complete half of the entire building. It's sad that government employees cannot work in a clean, safe and comfortable building.

Pros

Consistent promotions that I can count on at this point, job security, good health benefits, retirement plan, they pay for my public transportation

Cons

Even if you do a stellar job (anywhere in the government) you can only be promoted up one grader per year.
