Pros

The inside people and a lot of product managers are fantastic. They give you a company vehicle.

Cons

The regional sales managers and upper sales management are the definition of toxic. You are micro managed randomly but not appropriately trained, and they can track your vehicle constantly and monitor you. They openly discuss other employees in front of their peers in a negative way, and are completely unprofessional in their behavior and respect for their subordinates. If you aren’t at the top of the hierarchy you will get openly disrespected. HR doesn’t care and is unhelpful for even basic benefit questions, let alone to actually help workplace issues. Everyone is replaceable and there is no job security, regardless of your sales and job performance. They will give credit for your work to others or take it for themselves. There is no transparency on commission bonus calculations, and if they adjust something you are told verbally and given no info or data to back it.
