Pros

It is very rewarding helping assist homeless veterans. Having them come from off the streets, to helping assist with gaining employment, and then their own apartment is an amazing feeling.

Cons

High case loads, too many crunched deadlines, no support from upper management, salary is not worth the work that you have to complete on a daily basis, and micromanaging from your supervisor.
