Mission, History, many of the staff at local sites.

Cons

Financially unstable. MICROMANAGEMENT. Lack of autonomy. Stuck in old systems, national team members out of touch with the reality at the site level. Minimal time off.

Meaningful work with unsheltered community population. Paid time off.

Cons

Many challenges mostly with staff. When suggestions and/or improvements were made it became retaliatory. Due to the unwillingness for open mindness and honesty, there was a high turnover as well as a culture of blame shifting.
