The veterans need programs similar to this and it can be truly helpful to some of them.

Cons

You can barely get office supplies - let alone actual resources to do the job that direct-vet impact to the extent that the vets don't get what is promised in the contracts, Corporate-level Executive leadership will not let people actually do their job in a way that makes sense for veteran impact, To have been around for decades, their entire program is shoddy in all domains. It has been run into the ground and it is close to dying.
