Met some amazing people through the company and kept in touch with some that came and went Company seems fully invested in you at first then it fizzles out Great for gaining experience Meaningful work

Cons

Terrible management. Staff come and go. Average lifespan of an employee is 1.5-2 years. Management turns over often as well.

Upper management needs to be trained for Management Skills as they have their favorites and will be difficult to work with. If you have not been working with them longer than 5 years, good luck getting funding for your department or even office supplies.
