      Could be an amazing place with a few changes

      Pros

      The building is gorgeous. The vision of the company is energetic and achievable. John S is a very good leader!

      Cons

      Divisional Leadership is in silos. There is an unhealthy competition among the divisions. There is a lack of unity in the organization because of the silos.

      Autonomy Great Pay Great Benefits Forward thinking company who treats their team members well and also has a huge giving heart when helping the community. It's a place you can be proud to work.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment where decisions are made quickly and need action. Sometimes we run before we realize what we are running into.
